This 4 bedroom property currently has 4 rooms available in the Poble Nou district of Barcelona. It is a very bright space which you can appreciate from the spacious living room as the light enters the apartment. The apartment is on the 5th floor and has a great view of the surrounding area. There are various universities nearby, making this 95 m2 property ideal for students. The kitchen has plenty of counter space so preparing your food at the same time won’t be a problem.
Room description
This bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a desk. There is a portable heating unit and the landlord can provide a ventilator in the summer time if the tenant would like one.

What we liked the most
- The apartment has a great view of the city from the balcony seeing as it’s on the 5th floor.
- The property is located very close to the coast, so it is super easy to get to the beach if you want to go for a quick swim.
- The area’s famous Casino de l’Aliança is only a 20 minute walk from the apartment.
- The famous Torre Agbar is only a 10 minute walk away as well, so tenants who like to take strolls will have no doubt enjoy the views!
