There is a shared living area and a modern kitchen allowing you to cook your own meals. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine to do your laundry. This silent interior apartment is located on Carrer de Ferlandina, in the lively neighborhood of El Raval, 10 minutes away from the University of Barcelona by foot, and five minutes from a metro station. Other attractions in this popular area include the Contemporary Art Museum of Barcelona, and the markets of La Boqueria and San Antoni.

What we liked the most

There is one fully equipped bathroom with a large shower, and also a separate toilet.
All bedrooms have direct access to the living area, making it an easily accessible room for all flatmates.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are exterior and very sunny. Bedroom 1 is interior, making it the most silent room in the house.
Bedroom 2 has a balcony overlooking the street.

Things to keep in mind

There is no oven or microwave in the kitchen, but you have an electric stove.
The living area doesn't have any exterior windows, but it is a comfortable and nicely set up room furnished with a sofa, a table and a storage unit.
There is no TV in the apartment.
Though cleaning service is included in the rent, cleaning products need to be purchased by the tenants.
