You will find this apartment in the neighborhood of El Raval, in the center of Barcelona and around the corner from the Contemporary Art Museum of Barcelona, and within a 10 minute walk from various transportation lines. With these rooms as your base, you'll get to explore this vibrant city- and all the dining, shopping, and nightlife options that it offers- all by foot! Please note that the living room will be furnished with a brand new sofa to help you unwind after a long day of enjoying the city. The total area of this flat is 70 m².

- Despite being located in central Barcelona in the exciting neighborhood of El Raval, these rooms are very budget-friendly.
- The kitchen appliances are new- you'll find an oven, stove, and brand new plates.
- The bathroom has a bathtub and a cabinet where you can store your toiletries.
- All 3 rooms for rent are furnished with a built-in wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3 is exterior, luminous, and spacious.
- All rooms are equipped with a lock for added security.
- The living room has extra storage and access to an exterior balcony. It would be a wonderful spot to enjoy a quick coffee!
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 and 2 are connected by a window.
- The living room will be furnished with a couch. There isn't a TV in this room, but you won't need one with so much to do around the city!
- The kitchen does not come with a microwave, but you have a new oven and stove.
- Though a cleaning service is included in the rent, cleaning products need to be purchased by the tenants.
