Do you want to spend your student years living close to Barcelona beach? This 6-bedroom apartment is available in Barri Gotìc for students only. The apartment has a living space with a large dining table a that can seat 6-8 people and a sofa and coffee table. The kitchen has lots of storage space and a very big traditional sink, along with stove, microwave, etc. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, and the bathroom, which has a shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.
You'll be located on Carrer Arc de Sant Ramón del Call, in Barri Gòtic, where you can find the remains of Roman origins. You'll be surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shopping areas and bars - this area is full of tourists and is definitely an ideal location for a student. With metro stations nearby you'll have easy access to your university and as an added bonus, Barcelona beach is less than 20 minutes away on foot.

- It is always nice to have shared living space in an apartment ― great for getting to know your new flatmates.
- You will be living right in the middle of one of the most historic districts in the city, with lots of interesting sights to see, and museums to visit.
- Barceloneta beach is within walking distance!
- Universitat de Barcelona is within a 15-minute walk.
