This part of Barcelona is much more open than more central areas of the city, with wide avenues making it feel bright, and more relaxed. The area is well supplied with amenities too; a 4-minute walk will take you to the nearest metro station, and the apartment is only 150 m from Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, one of the most important avenues in Barcelona. There are several supermarkets within a few minute's walk, and banks and other shops around too.
