This is a perfect flat for female postgraduate students wanting to live in the L'Eixample district in Barcelona. There are 4 affordably priced rooms available in an all female apartment located just moments away from Poble Sec station and Mercat de Sant Antoni. All rooms come fully furnished and the apartment even has a large interior balcony, a living room and a dining room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all amenities and the tenants will have two bathrooms to share with each other. The apartment has easy access to public transportation and you will be able to reach Barcelona beach and other famous attractions very easily. The area of this apartment is 95m2.

What we liked the most
- The rooms are very budget-friendly and in a nice and safe Barcelona location. You'll be extremely close to everything, including several famous Barcelona markets that are located just a short step away.
- The apartment also features a "study" area where the tenants will be able to focus on their postgraduate degree.
- The balcony is very large and spacious, perfect for drying your clothes or even late night dinners with your flatmates when you're tired of the dining room.
- The apartment also has a cosy living room where you can all relax and hang out with your roommates.
