Located on Carrer Lancaster in the diverse area of El Raval, this spacious apartment with three bedrooms available for rent is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to live close to the port and the beach. The apartment is fully furnished, consisting of three bedrooms for rent, a laundry area, a shared bathroom and an extra toilet room and an open plan kitchen where you can also find a living room. You will be located nearby a metro station and bus stations that can take you to the city centre and the beach in just a few minutes.

- As this is an interior apartment, it is very quiet, perfect for those in need of some peace.
- You will be living just a few minutes away from Barcelona port and will have easy access to the beach.
- All bedrooms feature plenty of space and storage for all your belongings.
- We love the common area - it has a sofa, a television and a fully equipped kitchen.
- Bedrooms number 1 and 2 have access to a balcony with an interior view of the courtyard.
- The apartment has a shared bathroom as well as an extra toilet room, to reduce any waiting time.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment does not come with a TV or oven, but it does have a microwave.
- The toilet shown in the video has now been removed.
- Though cleaning service is included in the rent, cleaning products need to be purchased by the tenants.
