Each bedroom for rent is fully furnished, perfect for students and couples who wish to reside in a calm neighborhood with easy access to the city centre. The couple friendly apartment has a fully furnished kitchen and a beautiful living room, equipped with air conditioning and large windows with exterior sixth floor views. The tenants will also have access to a shared bathroom, equipped with a shower. All utility bills, including weekly cleaning services, are included in the rent. The area of the apartment is 80m2.
