You will be sharing with him use of one bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a full kitchen and a spacious living area with two balconies. This apartment is located on Carrer de la Palla, in the neighbourhood of El Born. This central location is close to public transport and some of Barcelona's main attractions such as the cathedral, the Boqueria market and the Barri Gotic. The University of Barcelona is only 15 minutes away on foot. This apartment is interior and has a floor area of 60 sqm.

What we liked the most
- This apartment has two bedrooms, so you will only be sharing the home with one other person.
- The room for rent offers good storage space with a large wardrobe.
- The living area receives a lot of natural light, with two balconies overlooking picturesque La Palla street.
- There is a dining table with some foldable chairs that can be put away when not in use to free up space.
