This 29 m² studio apartment offers a spacious and luxurious home for any individual or couple. The apartment has beautiful chocolate-colored wood flooring and very modern decor. Although the property is a studio, there is a defined kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The bedroom, with a beautiful red wall, has a double bed and opens up the the huge terrace that adds space and light to the property. There is a fully renovated bathroom.

The apartment is located in the young and lively neighborhood of Gràcia. Full of young entrepreneurs, you can find unique boutiques and delicious restaurants. You are also minutes away from the wold-famous Park Güell. When in need of getting around the city, you are less than 10 minutes from a metro stop.
