This 30 m² studio apartment for rent offers a very cozy and comfortable living space for professionals or couples. There is a slight wall separation between the kitchen and the bedroom, allowing you to have a cozy space where you can sleep comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine, and has an elegant glass dining table. There is 1 spacious bathroom that is fully renovated.
The studio is located in the beach neighborhood of Poblenou. Only 30 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the city center, the location can't get any better. Across the street you have a Mercadona supermarket and are surrounded by 3 different metro lines.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom comes with a flat-screen TV hung beautifully in front of the bed.
- The kitchen is quite spacious and the glass dining table makes for a comfortable area to entertain guests.
- The studio comes with a washing machine, which is a nice luxury!
- The bathroom is fully renovated with elegant tiling.
- There are 3 different metro lines within a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
- The beach is only 30 minutes away and you have plenty of parks nearby such as Parc de l'Estació del Nord and Parc de la Ciutadella.

- The studio comes with a mini refrigerator, but with plenty of storage space.
