This 28 m² studio apartment available to rent in Collblanc is in a building full of studios that share a common laundry room. The studio has a small living room corner that has glass windows which let in light. There is a large single bed, 2 standalone wardrobes, and a TV. There is a full bathroom and an equipped kitchen corner.

Collblanc is a residential neighborhood in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. With a metro stop just 8 minutes away you have great connections to the city center. Right near the station is a commercial area with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and banks.

What we liked the most

  • The studio is an interior property but still receives natural light.
  • The living room corner provides a great area to work or relax with a book.
  • There is a beautiful vintage-style wardrobe you can use for clothes or dishware.
  • The AC unit can also be used for heating, so you'll be prepared for every season!
