This thoroughly modern, 35 m² studio apartment is available to rent in a central part of Barcelona's Barceloneta neighbourhood. This property is very sleek, with exposed brick walls, modern furniture and glass bricks that separate the bedroom from the rest of the interior. The apartment has a partially equipped kitchenette and a large living room that is designed in an open-plan layout.
Situated on Carrer de l'Atlàntida, this apartment is in a very well situated part of Barceloneta. You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes, and other popular, inner city destinations are also nearby - the Ciutadella Park can be reached in 15 minutes. In terms of public transport, you have Barceloneta metro station just 5 minutes away and the Estació de França rail station can be reached in 10 minutes.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is very chic, complete with exposed brick walls, large spaces, and modern furniture.
- The bedroom is separated from the living area with glass bricks for added privacy.
- AC units are spread throughout the property.
- You have the best of both worlds - Barceloneta beach is just 5 minutes away, and inner city attractions such as the Ciutadella Park and the Gothic Quarter are also nearby.
