This studio apartment available to rent in the central La Dreta de l'Eixample district offers a clean and new home for an individual or couple. With an area of 40 m², high ceilings, and big windows, the studio allows for a comfortable bedroom, living room, and kitchen area. The bathroom is also quite spacious and elegant. There is a sofa bed, dining table, and plenty of storage space.
La Dreta de l'Eixample is known for being home to the Sagrada Família Basilica, which is only a 10-minute walk away. This will make playing tour guide that much easier, but for your day-to-day needs you have plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. Exploring the rest of Barcelona is also convenient, with a metro stop just a 5-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- If you get homesick, the TV may help with 20 international channels to choose from.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven, but the kitchen has a mini refrigerator, microwave, and 2-burner stove.
- The building does not have a doorman, but there is a video-intercom to allow in visitors.
