Located on quiet Carrer de Francisco Giner, is this 3rd floor studio apartment available to rent perfect for an individual or couple. With an area of 40 m², high ceilings, and a balcony this is not your typical studio. As soon as you walk through the door the apartment feels bright and spacious. The equipped kitchen has an open-layout looking into the corridor and allowing for the fresh air and light to flow. The main room is divided into the bedroom area furnished with a double bed, a living room with a couch and TV, and a dining area with a table for 4.
Gràcia is a charming and beloved neighborhood because it provides the perfect balance of a residential and lively area. Carrer de Francisco Giner is a quiet street, but you are just a few minutes walk to plenty of cute cafés, trendy boutiques, and delicious tapas. Gárcia is very pedestrian friendly, so a simple walk can be quite and adventure. When in the mood to get out of your comfort zone you have other great neighborhoods nearby, in addition to being well-connected by bus and metro.

- We love the exposed brick on the ceilings.
- You have the balcony right next to your bed – think fresh air and plenty of sun.
- The bedroom corner has a large built-in wardrobe.
- The U-shaped kitchen gives you extra work and storage space.
