Spotahome's opinion
This breathtaking and immensely spacious artist's loft has an open floor plan and high ceilings. There is a work table, a dining table that seats 6, and a living room area with plenty of quirky seating options. There are two full bathrooms, both newly remodeled, with large shower units. The kitchen includes lots of work space and a breakfast bar as well as all new appliances. In addition to the main bedroom, there is a library that doubles as a beautiful guest room.
The Poblenou area is home to lots of converted lofts, and this is one exceptional example. You'll be just four blocks from the Platja de la Nova Icària and the Platja del Bogatell, two of Barcelona's popular beaches, and four blocks from the beloved Parc de la Ciutadella, the main park in the city center. Like to party? The famous Razzmatazz club is just an 8-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- At 150 square meters, you'd be hard-pressed to find a more spacious one-bedroom apartment.
- The apartment is impeccably decorated with lots of unique touches from the artist landlord.
- The library is a great cozy space to curl up with a book or project.
- There are floor-to-ceiling windows along the entire street side of the unit.
