This practical studio apartment to rent on Carrer del Vallès is perfect for those who enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. There is an economy of space, but the most is made from it. The one-wall kitchen is equipped, there is a cozy table and chairs where you can enjoy a meal, and the sofa can be transformed into a double bed. There is a washing machine, which is convenient, and a huge window overlooking the tranquil street gives the apartment a sunny atmosphere.
Sant Andreu is in North Barcelona, and living here you get a small town flavor in the big city. Although it seems far from the city center, in reality it’s only a 20-minute bus ride. Your apartment is located between three gorgeous parks, and all of them have either a pond or a small man-made lake. Supermarkets and shops are nearby, and when you don’t feel like cooking, there are plenty of cafés and restaurants where you can grab a bite to eat.
