This is a gorgeous and luxurious studio apartment. On the amazing roof-top terrace, you have access to a large swimming pool where you can cool off in the water or sunbathe on the deck chairs. There is also a large fitness center in the building with a treadmill, weights and other equipment you can use to stay healthy. In the main living area you will find a double bed, a desk and plenty of storage and closet space where you can keep your belongings. This is a bright room, lit by the natural light that comes in through the large windows.
This apartment is very conveniently located. You can reach the nearest supermarket, Condis, to pick up your groceries in just 2 minutes walking. You also have several bars, restaurants and cafes to choose from within just a couple of minutes' walking distance from this apartment. In less than 15 minutes, you can walk to the gorgeous Jardins de Joan Maragall with its botanical gardens and large green space. For the students, you can walk to the INEFC Barcelona University in only 12 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The roof-top terrace with a swimming pool is a fantastic and luxurious feature to have in the middle of the city!
- The fitness facility is a convenient addition that will save you money on gym fees and let you work out whenever you feel like it.
- This apartment is beautifully decorated, modern and bright. You will love to call this your new home!
