This modern studio apartment on Carrer de la Cendra, in El Raval, covers a spacious 108 m², and is spread over 2 levels. The exterior property is beautifully decorated throughout and has a living area with a TV, equipped kitchen and bathroom on the main floor, as well as a mezzanine level with a double bed and a second bathroom.
The apartment is located in a lively and central area with plenty to see and do. The popular Sant Antoni market is only 2 minutes away, and you can walk to La Rambla and La Boqueria Market in 10 minutes. The University of Barcelona is 12 minutes away on foot.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is equipped with AC.
- The living area is stylishly furnished including a comfortable sofa and dining table for 4.
- The washer-dryer will allow you to take care of your laundry regardless of the weather.
- The kitchen has a range of modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven.
- One of the bathrooms has a luxurious hydromassage bathtub.
- The apartment enjoys an excellent location, close to some of the best the city has to offer.
- You will find numerous tapas bars and restaurants to discover nearby.
