This studio apartment on Carrer de Dolors Masferrer, in Les Corts is modern and has been recently refurbished. The 80 m² property is simply furnished and has a spacious open plan kitchen and living area. There is 1 tidy tiled bathroom, and the sleeping area with twin beds is behind a partial wall for added privacy.

The apartment is located in Les Corts, bordering Sarrià-Sant Gervasi and Santa-Montjuïc. It's a laid back spot with plenty of Barça charm. It's home to the famous Camp Nou stadium, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within easy reach.

What we liked the most

  • Les Corts is a lovely neighbourhood and public transport is handy if you need to get into the city centre.
  • The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
  • The kitchen is modern, well equipped, and has plenty of bench space to cook.
  • The apartment features nice polished wooden floors, and stylish tiling in the bathroom.
  • The living room is spacious and furnished with a comfortable sofa that can convert into a bed.

Things to keep in mind

  • The A/C unit will be installed by the time the new tenants move in.
  • The open plan kitchen and living area is sparsely furnished, so you can make this blank canvas your own.
  • The apartment is right by the street, but frosted windows make sure pedestrians aren't peering in while you're having breakfast.
