Located on the top floor, this 57 m² studio apartment faces an interior patio allowing for a quiet atmosphere with sky views that let in plenty of natural light. Upon entering you have floor-to-ceiling windows on the opposite wall that open up onto the balcony. The sleek kitchen is behind a pocket door, and there is an open-plan bedroom and living room separated by a standalone wardrobe. There is a double bed, couch, desk, and even a spacious dining area.

La Dreta de l'Eixample is the perfect neighborhood where you can wander, look up, and instantly be greeted by an architectural jewel. Just a short walk from the apartment, you can find clothing shops, theaters, and music venues. You are also near the gorgeous Parc de La Ciutadella – the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sunny day out. There is a metro stop, train station, and several buses nearby, keeping you well-connected to the rest of the city.
