This generous sized studio apartment on Carrer de Londres, in L’Eixample Esquerra is fully furnished and has an equipped kitchen and modern decor. The 55 m² property has a lovely terrace, a comfortable living area with L-shaped sofa, and 1 tidy tiled bathroom.

The apartment is located in L’Eixample Esquerra, a lovely spot just north of the city centre. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars in this fashionable barrio, and the Metro is close by to whip you around the city.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment receives all day sun and enjoys lovely views.
  • Gas heating and A/C is installed throughout.
  • The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space to cook.
  • The comfortable living room has a large L-shaped sofa.
  • The apartment features lovely tiled floors.
  • There is a large wardrobe providing good storage space.
  • L’Eixample Esquerra is an excellent neighbourhood to live in and well within reach of the best Barca has to offer.
