This modern studio apartment on Carrer de Pere IV is fully furnished. It has an equipped kitchen complete with a kettle, coffeemaker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and stylish fridge. The living area is spacious and sunny, with several double windows which let in plenty of natural sunlight. Despite being a studio, there is plenty of privacy for the comfortable double bed, which is tucked away behind shelving units.
Located in Poblenou, you are very well situated near several points of interest. There is a large shopping mall 15 minutes away, as well as a few museums and parks. There is a tennis club just around the corner, so this apartment will suit sport lovers. The area is well connected by bus, which can take you to the nearest Metro station or down to the beach.
