This apartment is ideal for somebody looking for roomy living in a central location. The affordable property measures a very comfortable 40 m², and comprises a well-equipped kitchen, and a large living area / bedroom. The whole apartment is very bright, with tall windows letting in lots of light to the high-ceilinged rooms. In the kitchen is a gas oven and stove, lots of shelving and a table for food preparation, and at which to dine. The living area has a single mattress, but there is plenty of space and the landlord can furnish the area with a single or double bed if requested. The toilet is located in the stairwell and shared with another apartment. The shower is located in the kitchen.
The closed room featured on the floor plan has now been opened up to you. This means that you will have a great extra space to use a study or second bedroom.
The apartment is located on Stargarder Straße in Prenzlauer Berg. This bustling district is famous for being trendy, and filled with cafes bars and restaurants. The streets here are wide and tree-lined, with the roomy pavements the perfect place for bars to spill out onto, with lots of seating to enjoy the summer sun.
The living area can be furnished with an extra bed.
What we liked the most
- We love the unique fireplace which is the apartment's heating source.
- The living room / bedroom is huge and bright.
- This is one of the coolest districts to live, in an already very cool city! Wander along any of the nearby streets, and you're sure to come across a bar that takes your fancy, or a restaurant that tempts you in with delicious scents...

- The toilet for this apartment is located in the stairwell, between floors 2 and 3, and shared with another apartment.
