Located near the Landwehrkanal canal in Kreuzberg is this 36 m², 1-bedroom apartment. This area is surrounded by several parks and has several shops and restaurants nearby. The property is gas-heated, making this a great space for the cold winter months. The bedroom is the main room and also functions as a living room/dining area. There is a separate kitchen equipped with the appliances you need to cook including a microwave, a stove and a dishwasher. There is also 1 full bathroom with a bathtub. When in the mood to explore Berlin, you have a U-bahn station less than a 10-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- Despite being a small size, the bathroom holds a big bathtub.
- The apartment is very well-lit and has lovely views from the living area.
- You also have a big balcony to enjoy.
- The property is in a great location.
Things to keep in mind
- Parties or constant loud noises are not permitted.
- Our homechecker did mention that it was a very noisy apartment, due to construction nearby, however, this will be done soon.
