This modern studio apartment has a generous 40 m² footprint on Grainauer Strasse in Charlottenburg. This apartment is stylishly equipped, with a balcony as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom which includes a washing machine and a large bath. With a double bed, TV and plenty of storage, there is everything you need to move straight in.
This apartment is located only a 5-minute walk from a supermarket. It is also a 7-minute walk to Viktoria-Luise-Platz from your front door, and here you will find plenty of restaurants and shops.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The large windows opening onto the balcony let in plenty of natural light.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower over bath, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- The refrigerator is only half-sized, but it is sufficient for 1-2 people.
