This comfortable 3-bedroom apartment has fantastic street views from each bedroom! The interiors are minimalistic and simple; this is a modern apartment perfect for students, professionals and families. The kitchen is small but fully stocked with every utensil you could need. High up on the 4th floor of the building, this apartment is spacious and available to rent in time for school in September!
The apartment is located just a street away from the Spree, a large body of water you can enjoy walking by in the evenings! Close by you'll find a day care centre and taxi cab hub, which is very convenient. Lidl is the nearest conventional supermarket store, just an 8 minute walk away... but why not try the Japanese grocery store just around the corner? There's plenty of nightlife along Stralauer Allee; you'll find several bars and clubs just a few minutes walk away.
What we liked the most
- The street views are particularly spectacular.
- Modern interior design has been installed throughout the apartment.
- A short stroll down the Spree just a few steps from the apartment is great.
- There are plenty of things to do just down the road, from nightclubs to interesting supermarkets!
