A breathtaking 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Oderstraße in the heart of Berlin's Neukölln neighbourhood. The bright living room is really beautifully furnished and has a luxurious, designer feel, with gorgeous wood floors. There is also a minimalist, peaceful double bedroom, a compact kitchen and a very contemporary bathroom with a waterfall-style shower. Everything is uber modern and uber stylish.
The surrounding area is very up and coming and has lots to offer in terms of bars, cafés and so on, as well as amenities like a Lidl supermarket, a shopping mall and a sports centre. What's more, Tempelhofer Feld, a huge open space popular with Berliners in the summer, is nearby, and there are great transport links. What's not to like?
What we liked the most
- The house has a high-tech control panel to regulate the lighting.
- The decor is extremely modern and very high quality. Each detail has been carefully thought out.
- The living room looks like something from an interior design magazine. Gorgeous!
- We love the bathroom with the walk-in waterfall shower.
- The bedroom looks very zen, with minimalist decor and views of greenery from the window.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no washing machine, but there is a laundry very close by (Schnell & Sauber).
- There's no oven either, but there's an electric hob available.
