A spacious and beautiful apartment with a terrace is available for rent in Friedrichshain, Berlin. It has access to a lovely terrace which even has grass as well as a patio! The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all open plan and have plenty of space, and the table and chairs can seat 4 people - perfect for having guests over! There are 2 toilets, one of which is a full bathroom with a bathtub and plenty of storage space, while the other is smaller and has a large shower instead of a bathtub.
The local area is almost entirely residential, but has good transport links to other parts of Berlin. The apartment is located right between the Spree and Rummelsburger See, and has several parks and green areas nearby. You will also be just a few minutes' walk from Elsenbrücke Bridge, which has an incredible view, especially at sunset.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom is separate from the other rooms.
- Pets are allowed!
- There is a lovely terrace.
- The living room/ kitchen is spacious and fully equipped.
- There are 2 bathrooms.
- Our homechecker, Marco, really loved this property!
