This spacious 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Charlottenburg, Berlin. The living room has two large and comfortable sofas, each with their own small table. They both have a view of the flat-screen TV and are near the windows, which are large and let in lots of natural light. The living room also has a dining table and chairs that can seat up to 4 people - perfect for having guests over! The kitchen is sleek and modern and comes fully equipped, as well as having a dishwasher, and an oven. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a sink, and a toilet, as well as plenty of cabinet and cupboard space. The bedroom has a double bed and 2 large walk-in wardrobes where you can store your clothes and belongings. There is a large window with a view of the interior courtyard.
The local area is mainly residential, but is right beside a park - perfect for strolling through on a Sunday afternoon! U Theodor-Heuss-Platz subway station is nearby and can take you to other parts of Berlin. There are also a few shops and bars nearby, as well as a steak house.
What we liked the most
- The living room is really big!
- There is a common laundry room, so you will not have to leave the building to do your laundry.
- The bedroom has 2 walk-in wardrobes.
- There are 2 sofas in the living room.
