This bright 1-bedroom apartment on Hektorstraße, in Charlottenburg, is beautifully decorated and has a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower. The spacious 60 m² apartment is equipped with central heating and has a kitchen with a washing machine and a living area that opens out onto a balcony.
The apartment is located in a well-connected area, just 10 minutes from Berlin-Charlottenburg railway station. Kurfürstendamm, Berlin's main shopping street, is just around the corner.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- The living area is stylishly furnished including a comfortable sofa and a large bookcase.
- There is a fantastic walk-in closet.
- This chic apartment has wooden floors which have been painted in white, as well as several mirrors that make the apartment look even bigger than it is.
- Valentina the homecheker told us that she really loved this property.
- You will find numerous bars, shops, restaurants, and a theatre nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not activated, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator.
