This charming 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Wilmersdorf, Berlin. There is a lovely living room with a dining table, armchairs and a sofa, while the fully equipped kitchen also has an oven. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, and the bedroom has a really comfortable double bed and lots of storage space.
This is a residential area, meaning you'll have lots of peace and quiet. There is, however, a discount supermarket nearby, as well as a U-Bahn station.
What we liked the most
- You will have your own private balcony.
- There is plenty of storage space.
- There is a washing machine on the property.
- The landlord will not charge extra for utilities... within reason - so don't get greedy!
