This spacious and elegant 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the residential district of Wilmersdorf. Once the landlords private home, it is very well-decorated with beautiful details. There is a large main room which has a lovely dining area, a huge couch and television, and a modern kitchen. The apartment is covered in windows which fills it with lots of natural light, but you also have a small balcony where you can take in the views and enjoy the sun. The bedroom is a perfect place to get cozy with a big, comfy double bed.
Wilmersdorf is a quiet and relaxed district about 20 minutes southwest of Berlin City Center. With several S-bahn and U-bahn stations, it is a great neighborhood if you prefer more tranquil living and don't mind a small commute. You are a short walk away from a park where you can find the Fennsee Lake and are also near bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, and other shops.
