This stylish 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Charlottenburg is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The 53 m² apartment is modern and colorful and provides a cheerful atmosphere. The bedroom is one of the larger rooms and comes with a lovely desk and mural. The living room is a cozy space with a couch, dining table, and access to a small balcony. For quick meals, you have a breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen.
On Suarezstraße, you are in a lovely residential part of Charlottenburg. You have Lake Lietzensee about 5 minutes away, which is a great place to do exercise or go on a sunny day. You are also very well-connected to the rest of Berlin with a high traffic train station just 10 minutes away. Taking care of your day-to-day shopping is also convenient with both Lidl and Rewe grocery stores nearby.
