Being in the most central borough of Berlin, it is just a 2-minute walk in either direction to a train station, and across the park are a variety of tourist and service destinations: museums, Legoland, and the Mall of Berlin. Or, you can stroll by the river to catch a show or visit the casino. This property is situated in a unique cross-section of greenery, tourism, government, culture, and inner-city living.
