"Chic" and "fabulous" are the best words to describe this 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Biebricher Strasse. It’s bright, spacious and has an elegant decor. The bedroom has a wardrobe and relaxing double bed. The bathroom has white tiles and a shower cabinet. There is a Scandinavian style in this space, and it’s warned with wood floors and lovely art pieces and furnishings.
The fully equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms join in an open-plan area. It’s furnished with a sofa and 4-seat table. There is a washing machine on the premises and large windows allow the sun to brighten the apartment during the day.
Gentrification has transformed the Neukölln neighborhood. There are plenty of hipsters, along with a colorful immigrant population here. The Maybachufer Turkish market comes to life on Tuesdays and Fridays. It’s just 20 minutes away. On other days, you can do your shopping at Lidl discount supermarket just down the street. For entertainment, you can catch a movie at the nearby Rollberg Kino. If you enjoy live music, you can walk 8 minutes north, where there is usually something happening in Huxley's Neue Welt, a former vaudeville theater. Afterwards, have a cocktail, coffee or meal at one of the local establishments just around the corner.
