This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Biebricher Strasse is on the 4th floor. The building doesn’t have an elevator, so you’ll get a work out! It’s a pretty great open-plan apartment, though. The main room has wood floors and two large windows. The kitchen, which is fully-equipped takes up part of one wall. There is enough space to cook and ample cupboards to store food. The rest of the room is furnished with a TV, 4-seat dining table and a sofa and coffee table. The modern bathroom has a shower cabinet and heated towel rack. And the cozy bedroom, which has a double bed and a window, is small but relaxing. There is a washing machine on the property, which saves lugging your laundry up and down those stairs!
Neukölln has a large immigrant population and is a diverse residential area. It’s also a spot full of parks. Your new home is located near State Park and is 10 minutes away from the People’s Park Bunnyheath. It’s also an historical area, which was occupied by the Americans immediately following WW2. The Flughafen Tempelhof and Columbiahalle are remnants of that time, and located on the opposite side of the park. Don’t worry, it’s not all history. You can enjoy a night out at Huxley's Neue Welt. It’s a live music venue and it’s 8 minutes away. The Rollberg Kino is also an 8-minute walk away, and you can take in a movie here. There are a few local bars and restaurants nearby too.
