This ground floor, 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Fehmarner Strasse has an incredible wood-plank patio where you can relax and wile away the days. Inside, the decor is gorgeous and the atmosphere is cozy. There is a washing machine on this property. The kitchen, living and dining rooms are combined, and the one-wall kitchen is modern and sleek. The rest of the area is furnished with a sofa and 4-seat dining table. The bedroom has a large window and double bed. It’s the perfect spot to call it a night. The bathroom has a window, gorgeous tiling and a tub for those who enjoy relaxing after a long day.
Mitte is a large borough in Berlin and the center is south of the nearby canal. There are dozens of museums and other tourist sites in this area, and you can reach it by U-Bahn in 12 minutes. Your part of the neighborhood is a bit more peaceful. You are located close to the canal and a number of lovely parks, including Eckernförder Platz. If you’re attending the Institute of Tropical Medicine and International Health or Beauth University, you’re in luck. You can reach either one of them within 10 minutes. For entertainment, you’re close to a cinema, theater and a number of restaurants where you can enjoy a good meal with good friends.
