This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Fehmarner Strasse is on the 1st floor and is ready for you to move in! It’s a fabulous, modern space with an open-plan common area. The kitchen, which is fully equipped, isn’t huge but it’s sleek and modern. The rest of the space is furnished with a TV, 4-seat dining table and comfy sofa. The bathroom is also modern with posh grey tiles, a shower cabinet and a top-loading washer. The bedroom has a peaceful feel and is furnished with a double bed. There is ample space for clothing, and a large window lights up the space during the day.
Your new apartment is located in Mitte, which is a popular and central spot in Berlin. Public transportation is close, and you’ll have no problem discovering interesting historical spots and tourists sites from here. Beauth University of Applied Sciences is 10 minutes away, and the Institute of Tropical Medicine and International Health is a 5-minute walk away. Just around the corner from home is an Asian grocery store. There is also an Edeka supermarket within an 8-minute walk. You can entertain yourself by checking out the local music theater and cinema, or you can take a stroll along the canal in the lovely Eckernförder Platz.
