This ground floor apartment to rent on Fehmarner Strasse is a wonderful space in a great location. It has a contemporary decor and the open-plan space has an airy feel. The L-shaped kitchen isn’t huge, but it is fully equipped and has enough counter and cupboard space to store and prepare meals. The rest of this area is furnished with a 4-seat dining table, sofa and TV. Wood floors extend throughout the space and into the comfy bedroom, which has a large window and double bed. The modern bathroom is tiled and includes a tub.
Living in Mitte gives you a terrific central point from where you can begin exploring Berlin. Your apartment is close to public transit and you’re just a metro ride away from the downtown core. While Mitte is a large area, you’re apartment is located in a peaceful part of it. There are a number of parks and green spaces nearby, including Eckernförder Platz, which is along the waterfront. You’re close to the Institute of Tropical Medicine and International Health, as well as the children’s hospital. You’re also within 10 minutes from a cinema, supermarket and restaurants.
