On the 6th floor, the apartment has big windows and 2 balconies that keep it filled with natural light and fresh air. There is a spacious and sun-filled living room with a sitting area and dining corner. The living room leads you the fully equipped kitchen that also has beautiful wooden floors and modern appliances. The bedroom has beautiful wallpaper and decor, high ceilings, and plenty of space to be furnished. You also have a mezzanine floor in the living room with a mattress that can be used as an extra room.

Prenzlauer Berg is a residential district about 20 minutes north of Alexanderplatz. On Prenzlauer Allee, you have several tram stops nearby and are a short walk to an S-bahn station. If you enjoy mixing it up when it comes to food, then you will enjoy having German, Chinese, and even vegan restaurants in the area. You also have several grocery stores to choose from and many small parks.
