This attractive 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Guineastrasse is on the 3rd floor. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is cozy. It has wood flooring, a tall ceiling, and a single tall window. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a washing machine in the modern bathroom. The double bedroom is cozy, but airy. And it has a three-door wardrobe to hang your clothes.
Gentrification is catching up with the Wedding neighborhood in Berlin. This is great news, since you’ll be living here. It’s not as rundown as it used to be. Goethe Park is only a 5-minute walk away. In the summer, you can enjoy the beaches of Plötzensee. You’ll discover Turkish restaurants and hipster bars. Supermarkets are near, and so is the Cineplex Alhambra, for when you feel like catching a movie.
