This modern 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Stephanstrasse is on the 3rd floor. The living room has two tall windows and is very spacious. It’s furnished with a terrific sofa with a chaise, TV, and coffee table. It has a little work area, too. The one-wall kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with a great 6-seat table. Bedrooms have wood floors and comfy double beds. And the bathroom has cool floor tiles and a tub. Other than in the bathroom, there is wood flooring throughout.
Moabit is a down-to-earth neighborhood. It’s full of green spaces and surrounded by canals. There is a spa, tennis club, and public swimming pool in the nearby Fritz-Schloss Park. The area around Nordhafen is an amateur photographer’s dream. But it’s a very urban spot, too. Trendy pubs are popping up everywhere. There are numerous art spaces. And you’ll spot some incredible graffiti art just exploring the streets.
