This 3rd floor 3-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Heinrich-Roller-Strasse. The fully-equipped kitchen is in a closed space with a door. Again, the amount of space is incredible. It comes with modern appliances and is furnished with a breakfast bar. At the other end of the kitchen is a door leading to a small balcony. The large bathroom and has a window, tub and washing machine. The living room has a sofa bed, meaning this apartment can accommodate 6 people.
Prenzlauer Berg is a charming and charismatic neighborhood close to the city center. In fact, you can walk downtown in about 20 minutes. Of course, you don’t even have to go that far to find things to see and do. Volkspark Friedrichshain is the oldest park in the city, and it’s just 10 minutes from your door. Of course, if you like a more rigorous workout, then you can join the John Reed Fitness health club. It’s 10 minutes away. At night, head over to the Yorck-movie theater to catch a film. The Volksbühne repertory theater is also close by. You don’t have to go far for a coffee, but nightclubs are a bit farther away.

- There are numerous restaurants just east and south of your new home.
- You’ll find an Edeka supermarket just down the street.
