The apartment has wood flooring throughout and big windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small dining table, and there is also a walk-in closet in the corridor.
On Otto-Suhr-Alle, you are very well-connected to the rest of the city with several U-bahn stations nearby. There are also museums, the Deutsche Oper, and a public pool nearby. Students or professionals are also a 15-minutes walk away to the Technische Universität Berlin campus.
