This bright and charming 1-bedroom apartment on Marienfelder Chaussee, Neukölln, has lovely wooden flooring and a lot of wooden accents. The living area has a large leather couch, TV and leads into a dining room that seats 4. The Kitchen has a bright wooden ceiling and is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove top, microwave and other small appliances. This apartment has its own study, currently furnished with a large desk and chair. The bathroom is beautiful with a cream tile and has a shower and plenty of storage space.
This area has both bus and train transport links. There are multiple supermarkets and restaurant within walking distance, as well as a park nearby. You will also find plenty of shops and a bank nearby for any shopping needs.
What we liked the most
- This flat has several skylights and big windows, letting in a lot of light and giving it a more spacious feel.
- There is a large local swimming pool located a 15-minute walk away, great for summer!
- The bedroom and living room both have lovely plush rugs.
- There's plenty of storage space in every room.
- The slanted roof gives it a unique, loft-like feel.
- The bedroom is well-lit and has a double bed and large wardrobe with a mirror on the front

- There is no parking for this apartment, however there are bus stops right outside.
- There is no elevator in this building and it's on the first floor.
