This exceptional 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Guineastrasse is on the 5th floor. It’s a converted attic, and has unique details like a sloped roof and skylights. Furnishings are trendy. The living space has a sofa, TV, and 4-seat table, as well as other pieces. The U-shaped kitchen is fully equipped and tiled. The bedroom is really cool with 4 skylights. And aside from the bathroom, the apartment has wood floors throughout.
Wedding is a central neighborhood that is still more affordable than many others. You’re a 10-minute transit ride from the center of Berlin. You’re close to Goethe Park and The English Quarter near Schiller Park. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are a walk away. Want something off-the-beaten-path? Go to Plötzensee in the summer and "hang out" on a private part of the beach dedicated to the Freikörperkultur (Free Body Culture).
