This spacious 236 m² 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Kreuzbergstraße, Kreuzberg. The apartment is unique and charming, with its own basement studio currently set up as a recording studio and also offering workout equipment and a spare bed. On the ground floor the living area is large and comfortable and flows into the kitchen/dining area, which is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, kettle and toaster. From the dining area you have access to the terrace, furnished with a large table and hammock. Opposite the master bedroom is a modern bathroom with bath, toilet and shower, and there is an additional toilet room on the other side of the apartment.
This trendy and happening neighbourhood has many restaurants and bars to enjoy. There are a lot of parks within walking distance and the public transport is excellent, making it easy to travel around the city.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is beautifully decorated and bright, and it has its own terrace and garden.
- The master bedroom is spacious with a large double bed and clothing rail.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook.
- This apartment has central heating to keep you warm on those chilly winter days.
- This apartment is located right across from Viktoria Park. This park has waterfalls, monuments and a small zoo!
- There is a super trendy Jazz bar only a 5-minute walk from the apartment that has live music and a beer garden.
Things to keep in mind
- The recording studio in the basement may have parts removed depending on the tenant. Please discuss with landlord.
- Personal belongings such as clothes and computers that are pictured will be removed before you move in.
- Parties are not permitted in this apartment.
- The smaller bedroom is more suitable to children or as a guest room. It could be used for adults too but is fairly small.
