This charming 54 m², 1-bedroom apartment for rent. The apartment has wood flooring throughout with dark flooring in the living room and bedroom. The living room opens up onto a terrace ideal for sitting out on a sunny day, and there is a sofa-bed in case you want to have guests. The bedroom is spacious with a comfy double bed and a large standalone wardrobe. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is a sunny bathroom with a bathtub.
On Charlottenstraße, the apartment is in a lovely residential area. There is a supermarket located just around the corner and there are also many cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment receives lots of natural light.
- We love the stylish decor.
- There is a parking garage available.
- There is a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room.
- There is a TV with over 60 channels at no extra cost!
