This stylish 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent to students in a modern residence hall on Eichbuschallee in Treptow-Köpenick. The 2-bedroom and 1-bathroom unit is spacious, and it has a kitchen with some shelving and a table and chairs so you can sit down for a home-cooked meal. The bathroom is well-equipped with a spacious shower, toilet, and sink.
This is a great spot for those wanting to get out and enjoy the outdoors on your days off - there is a park within a 15-minute walk which also borders the River Spree. The Spreepark theme park is also nearby, and if you're willing to travel a little further, there is a Rock Climbing Gym within an hour's bus ride.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has a balcony accessible from the kitchen so you can enjoy the summer sun.
- There is a stylish feature wall in the kitchen which gives the apartment a modern feel.
- The University of Applied Sciences for Engineering and Economics is only around a half-hour away by tram and bus.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- Living in a residence hall will make it easy to meet new people!
- You will find a washing machine and a dryer in the common laundry so you can take care of your laundry without going far (although there is an extra cost)
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is not fully equipped, so you will need to provide your own cutlery and plates.
- Wi-Fi is not installed, but you will find a modem in each apartment.
- Only one of the rooms need to be rented by a student. So if you are a student you can live here with a friend who is a professional!
